I stumbled upon your site and have found it quite interesting and informative.

We are working on a similar project but the building is a conservation area and not listed. However our original approach to the insulation was the same and we wanted to install a new single glazed two storey glass entrance/light well. Unfortunately our building control consultant requested that the new entrance installation be double glazed, which was very costly and the design modified.

I work as a manager for a major bed retailer on the retail park at Mansfield, chosen by ‘JYSK’ there is already a Roseby’s on site. If it is their intention to pigie-back sites that have the same type of stores, they could very well fail.
