We are working on a similar project but the building is a conservation area and not listed. However our original approach to the insulation was the same and we wanted to install a new single glazed two storey glass entrance/light well. Unfortunately our building control consultant requested that the new entrance installation be double glazed, which was very costly and the design modified.
